Dave has more than 20 years of experience developing and executing sales, marketing, business development, and customer service strategies at startups through Fortune 100 corporations. In 2009, Dave founded The Marketing Engine to help organizations build the infrastructure critical for creating awareness, generating demand, and delivering profitable revenue from long-term clients. The PracticeProfs concept grew out of these client engagements, where Dave succeeded in improving results from initial prospect interest through retained revenue. Dave’s unique soft-sell approach helps clients learn from their own experiences. His patient persistence drives short-term results while also building quality long-term relationships.
Tom serves Practice Profs in an advisory role by providing expertise and strategic direction in digital marketing. Tom is also co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Swarm, a full-service digital agency. As Swarm’s CEO, Tom works with clients to define business objectives and implement online strategies to accomplish their goals. Prior to Swarm, Tom co-founded Aqua Blue Creative Development as a firm providing social application development and marketing. In early 2011, Aqua Blue Creative Development merged with a local social media firm to form a full-service media and digital marketing firm – Aqua Blue Interactive. Tom has worked as chief strategist in serving many large name-brand clients including: Autotrader.com, Aarons, Bodies…The Exhibition, Racetrac, Chick-fil-A, The Coca Cola Company and others.

Rachel leads the PracticeProfs team and oversees marketing strategy for all clients. She is also the co-founder and Account Director at PracticeProfs’ partner company, GrapePress, a web development and marketing agency based in Atlanta. Founded in 2012, GrapePress began as a website development company and quickly expanded one year later to include a range of digital marketing services. Prior to founding GrapePress, Rachel held several positions in technology, media, marketing and promotions in Atlanta and New York City, leading accounts such as Sony Pictures, Sony Electronics, NAPA TRACS/NAPA Auto Parts, and Dycom Industries.
